Under the apple tree he leapt and turned, bathed in a soft golden haze that settled upon long swaying grass and sun warm wood. Without a care in the world he ran, bounding through those beautifully innocent days of play and rest.

This was a fun piece to do! I've always wanted to draw something sunny and hazy with soft shadows but could never do it properly XD I had been deciding to draw their dragon Owl but couldn't do the anatomy properly so I switched characters since I had something in mind for Tory. I had trouble with Tory's head anatomy since I usually don't draw dogs, so right now something about it seems wrong compared to the body...And the farm house looks funny but I tried to fix it and it didn't work. Overall though I'm pretty happy with how it turned out :D
