Being from a hot, merciless corner of the world, i've never seen real snow before. I was hoping that I might encounter some on my trip to Chicago for MFF but, unluckily, it didn't snow until the day after I left. Tux and I saw a few flakes falling on the windshield as we were driving to Memphis, but nothing on the ground...
So, to cheer me up, Jac puffed me up and turned me into a snowglobe, creating his own little winter wonderland inside my overinflated belly :)
I can't say whether it's as good as the real thing, but it's definitely adorable :3

Damn, did you leave on the Sunday night then? We had enough of a snowfall on the Monday that my plane got held up at the gate while they de-iced the wings. That was a novel experience. But I know what you mean, I was hoping for more snow too, especially when I visited Minneapolis before MFF.
