Updated CE's design so we can tell when there's a chibified EC or a CE.

CE is a clone, but she does not have any of the dragon in EC's traits, so I've decided to remove her shoulder stripes (the wings on EC come out there) and her bolt markings on the ears and tail. Kept the hair and removed the dogtag.

I'll do some proper sheetwork at some point.
