I had so much trouble getting the horns to stand. I wound up making a pillow for the boss that gave structure for the horns to sit against. The boss wasn't puffy in the original concept.
(Boss refers to musk ox horns. I am using it to differentiate the forehead horn base from the extended horns.)
Original pattern.
Made with fleece, flannel lining, cotton and polyfil.
