If they can have the more commonly mammalian trait of being bipedal, with fully articulated thumbs, and retain reptilian status, I don't see why they couldn't have breasts. It might be a mistake to attribute mammaries solely to mammals. There have been enough exceptions in nature to see uncommon characteristics in a species where they are not expected. Nature is weird. And sexy. But mostly weird.

I like the short torso with the legs, neck, and head making up most of her height. Some interesting choices with the abundance of scales where most artists draw a uniformly glossy surface (which is also sexy, but it's neat to see the texture here). gj!
