Derecho is a wind-loving dragon. he commissioned me to make a piece of himself with his cape fluttering in the wind dramatically. of course, i took that a few steps too far and made it a gale-force wind!

i am very pleased with this piece. i've found a coloring style for my less-realistic pieces that i am getting very comfortable with. i believe that it really helped me create dramatic shading in the picture with relative ease.
