[cover] Hero - Family of the year
With FA being online again i thought i'd upload a song that i did after University today.
I've only heard this song twice but it kinda touched me..
I can't really explain why but i wanted to do this, without even really knowing the song.
Wel i think it came out quite ok :)

Also- I've done covers like that too, where I hear it, immediately fall in love, and then have to record it. I've had some where I record them within 48 hours of hearing it. Others take a little more work. Especially when you listen to hipster-y music that doesn't have instrumental versions anywhere, like I do. Lol
A beautiful and lovely cover over all.
You never dissappoint! :3
A tiny 2-cents on the technical side: In one or two parts the vocals are a bit too quiet. (2:39 and somewhere else maybe). A tad more compression on them could've fix that IMO.
But your mixing might have (even more) improved meanwhile in the 6 years since then - so this comment might be unnecessary. ^^
Oh and did I hear some pitched-down backing vocals there? They seem to work quite well, allthough they sound a bit alien when theyare more on their own. (Or did my ears trick me here?)
