Pretty much how is works is just like sending money to or from your paypal to your linked bank account. Takes 3-5 business days for the transaction to go through and should show up as a pending transaction. You hold onto the character until the money has cleared and added to your account. Its a way for others to send money from their banks to others paypals and avoid the transfer charge
