This is absolutely gorgeous, I adore Japan. I'm actually going to college to be a conversational english teacher or translator over in Japan. I would like to work at the Burkley Language School in Tokyo. *nods* Its nice to see another fur who appriciates the beauty of hte country.

I visited that temple when the water was at low tide, its quite serene, und wild deer roam the town & temple area. Great work at capturing the image^.^

My goodness, I love your eye for framing architectural shots like this. The small tease of the mountains, and the hazy filtered lighting through the higher-altitude mists, is just lovely. Reminds me a little of my memories of Tahoe country. Thank you *so* much for sharing this one. I can really feel the textural differences between the load-bearing orange beams and the gently-weathered bare wood slats below.
