Well well well, as a packers fan it was only a matter of time before something like this ended up in my gallery ! :D

Obviously, I had a lot of fun working on this one, the jersey's a bit short but all in all I'm very happy with how it came out, and well, since I wear that packers cap a lot when I got out, I find it funny that the one time I finally end up drawing it in one of my pics, it's not even on my head. >.>

Seeing this pic, what makes me smile the most though is the reason that got me interested in football in the first place, I mean a few years ago I didn't really care about it (and living in france didn't help since when you say "football" to someone here they tend to answer something like "You mean soccer ?", and soccer is definitely one of my least favorite sports, wether it's playing it or watching it, I just find it kinda boring). However, one day, because of an awesome illustration by blotch , I found out about a certain book, about a tiger football player and his fox, and eventually ended up reading it, and of course I loved it. So basically, kyell 's book "Out of Position" really managed to get me interested in the actual thing, and once I started watching games and all, I got totally hooked, and having another football fan among my friends made it even easier. ^^

So yeah, that day an awesome pic made me discover an awesome author and an awesome sport, so total win in my book ! And that's not something I would've thought saying someday, but... yeah, a book got me interested in a sport. >.>
