Believe me... I know about work with a septum.. I was able to tuck in my septum up until I reached a 4g... It got painful after that... ATM I recently have stretched to a 2g, I'm wearing a tunnel so I don't have to tick in my nose ring *winks*

I would get the same gauge, but in a MUCH smaller diameter. And screw the leash, YOU WANT A CHAIN FOR THAT SEPTUM PIERCING.
