perhaps or...she could be spying and switching places with her to trip us up. Like on horror movies where you think one person is gonna die next but instead it's someone else because the movie tricks you a bit. Meaning that while Celestia could've had Pinkie in that suit, Chrysalis could've had a changeling impersonate that form as well switching places offpanel thus leading to this kidnap scene.
