He gets an "A" for effort but let's face it....Charlie Brown couldn't cut it as a pitcher but I won't let him give it up.

Neither will Peppermint Patty.

Patty was/is a better pitcher than Charlie so she begins coaching him.

Now in high school, Charlie is trying to get on the school team. Failing to make the cut the previous year he turns to Pep Patty and she agrees to help him. They work together all off-season. Will Charlie make it?
