This piece is fractally mirrored! Well, sort of. The theme that gets toyed around with throughout the whole thing is mirrored against itself (i.e. played backwards while played forwards) leading to a symmetrical theme, which I proceeded to destroy creatively for half the piece, then put it back together backwards to mirror the entire piece. Sorta. Being two overtone series (C# and G#) interleaved, it sounds pretty consonant no matter what you do with it :3 There's a big explanation behind me wanting to write a mirrored piece, but it's mostly just trite liner-note fodder.
