SURPRISE! I know I had enlisted Madame Katastrophe as one of the contestants, but considering she's only Kitty with a bear and eye-patch, I assumed you guys would be disappointed no matter which round she'd show up in. So, she was the Fake-Out Contestant- and the SURPRISE contestant, instead is the Counting Cougar- Nickelodeon's biggest innuendo outside of Rocko's Modern Life.
For the final round of Stage 1 of "Miss Nickelodeon" we have counting ladies you can count on- Tooth Fairy (Fairly Odd Parents) and Counting Cougar (T.U.F.F. Puppy).
Tooth Fairy is a tall and attractive fairy (at least compared to the regular fairies) from Fairy World who is in charge of teeth-related wishes. She is the wife of Jorgen Von Strangle, and she is the only person he's nice to.
Counting Cougar is a character on Quacky the Duck who teaches kids how to count.
