No, not exactly much of a real sister. Vampire Ahernokia was killed as a fairly young wolf, she pretty much became a vampire, well, an undead vampire, and she does look rather bloody in this picture, shes been chase, and hunted while she was still alive, and those black dots on her flanks are bullet holes, shes been shot at. Oh, and it looks like she ate something.
