Maybe having such a big lower body isn't so good in all situations? Even so, Sly seems to be adapting well. And if he gets caught, he can just maul the enemy!

If you ask me, that body might actually be helpful in Sly's thieving. about the only move in his arsenal that I can't see him using is his "ninja spire landing" but those extra paws and claws would probably make climbing a hell of a lot easier. I imagine his "encounters" with Carmelita Fox would also be quite a bit more entertaining as well!
