HyenaMikioOtto's one of my best friends. Has been for years, and I love him like a brother. But... he has HORRIBLE taste in gifts. Every year, and I mean EVERY year since I've met him, he's given me a truly hideous sweater for both my birthday AND for christmas. I can't decide if he's doing it as a joke, or if he seriously thinks these things are nice, but I just grin and bear it, say thank you, and promptly manage to either lose, accidentally destroy in the wash, or ruin in some way outside.

i know how you feel. I have two BIG gifts i have from my nana. first was my bankie (baby blanket) it's a little work and needs patching up but i still have it. and the other is a comforter she made for me as a HS graduation gift. My nana is in her mid 80's and her health is failing. I don't know how many more Xmas's we will have with her so WHEN i am able i see her and give her hugs (though i am scared witless to do so cause of my size compared to her. its like a yetti hugging a twig so im extra careful)
