Here's the stat chart for Team Indigo's thrasher, Stiletto the Sandslash.
As you can see, there's a number of offensive tactics mixed in with a couple of strategic annoyances to keep her opponents on their toes. And yes, a ground type can learn Aerial Ace. Take that, Fighting/Bug types!
