A quickie commission for my friend Rick Messer.This is another of the characters from Rick's Spontoon Island story "Keeping the lights burning".....meet Jacob "Jake the Drake" Breckinridge...a very methodical,businesslike Private Investigator who works out of Casino Island,the glamour spot of the Spontoon Islands......unfortunately,Jake's cases usually lead him to the seedier sections of the Island instead of the glitzy hotels and gaming tables.....for information gathering he usually ends up at the infamous Tum-Tum club,a nasty,dangerous dive that smells of stale beer and business deals gone horribly wrong.........Jake Breckinridge and "Keeping the lights burning" c. 2006 by Richard Messer.
