For my sculpture class this semester, we had to take apart a wooden chair and turn it into some type of sculpture.
Of course I had to make it something animal related.
This is the head. I drew out a wolf skull shape and traced it onto the seat of the chair before cutting it out with the bandsaw. The wood was so thick that I had to use a chisel and hammer to cut out space for the jaw.
