Fred, Mimi, and Brock made it home somewhat safely, and despite the fact that Brock regressed, they're all able to relax by the fire. Fred and Mimi were prepared for Christmas Eve, but Brock has to make due with an old sock dug out of a dresser.

While drinking their hot chocolate, however, someone spilled theirs; while someone else seems to have quaffed it in one gulp, and is asking for more.

Fred seems concerned that Santa is on his way, and won't come, even though he's drinking his beverage neatly and politely.
