Scenery in White Clay Creek under 6 inches of snow. The road I'm on is rarely used and dead ends at an old former farm. I believe the person living here is the only resident who lives on this road.

I don't know, real estate prices can be kinda weird around here. But if I had to guess I'd say $150,000. The closer you get to the nearby town the more expensive it gets, but people are willing to pay extra for secluded properties like this.
