Bertil is kind of like a puppy, a....Weird puppy. His personality is a bit difficult to understand, due to the fact that he can be sweet and kind one minute, and a total psychopath the next. But for the most part he has a pretty child-ish personality, and adores to eat sweets. He's barely ever seen without his 'get up' due to the fact that he dislikes for people to see what he really looks like. He feels that he'll be looked down upon for being born an albino, just like what happened to his brother.
