Personality: A nice girl if not a bit tomboyish, sly, and mischievous. She likes to bug people most of the time, including Alex, her best friend AND 'test subject' for her pranks. She doesn't mind if people talk about her being blind, she's accepted it ever since she was born, though she is independent, she doesn’t mind help once in a while but taking it too far like going easy on her in a fight for example, will set her off and pound the sorry guy into the ground.

She's able to get along with most nice people really, though she likes playing around with people once in a while but she’s picky about whom she pranks. She’s quite wise and smart for her age, able to come up with a strategy for any battle; she can surprise people time to time, even surprising her own team. She doesn't care if she wins or loses, she takes victory and loss as a way to help her be stronger then she is now.

BackStory: When she was born, her eyes didn't work right, her world was dark as the night sky but still herd voices, noises but didn't knew where they came from. When she was a young blind pichu she didn't play with other mon's and kept to herself and just sat in a sandbox, she was known as the "Blindchu" in her old town and was teased at all the time. It wasn't until later someone came up to her and talked with her, a small Ditto would see her each day when they went to the park, though she was quite and not sure of him, she grew and grew more talkative and sociable later on, the two seemed inseparable, until her father and mother said they were all moving away to open a restraint in a new town, though sadden and angered of the thought of moving away from her only best friend, Qiao didn't have much choose when she moved away from her old town, but she hoped to see her old friend someday again.

As time pasted she got older, wiser, and skilled with her electric powers to even see images on computers and TV's, she studied all she can about electronics till she knew it like the back of her hand. She’s a master of video games and amazing on computers. She met new people and made new friends, even decides to take up martial arts to become a fighter. She decided to evolve into a Raichu at 13 and her electric attacks and abilities have increased greatly. Though blind, she's able to see the electrical nervous system in people, similar to like how Dare Devil saw the world in the movie, like sonar. She uses her tail or her feet and sends out a small harmless electric discharge to see electric outlets, wires, and people, but nothing is defined or detailed, people look like lightning bolts outlining the body shape, so don't expect her to always look at your face (even though she's blind). If she wants to know what someone look like she'll have to feel their face. Using just hands is fine but for a more detailed image for her mind she use a small electric discharge on her hands and she would get a clear image of what they look like.

When her parents moved to their new home town and restaurant business, it was close by the PCA, and with the business Qiao's parents get from students and teachers coming by for lunch, dates and so on, they were able to send her to the PCA. She does know some students there already but she mostly keeps to herself so she doesn't know ALL the students’ sept those that come to their restaurant. Qiao, believe it or not, also cooks there as well but her cooking area is very organized so she knows where what is. She mostly makes sushi and hers seem to be the best, she even makes her own to have for lunch.

Appearance: Her body is slim and well toned her breast not too big or too small. her face is small but cute and has a pair of gray eyes do being born blind, and shoulder long jet black hair she keeps under a old Chinese military cap with a red star on the front and wares a pair of avatar sunglasses (the kind pilots ware). She wears a worn out denim jacket and a tank top under it or a T-shirt, she wears old jeans with some holes and patches on it and wares sneakers, boots but normally she wears shoes that are easy to slip on and off. She always carries with her a cane, ether a thin metal kind or a wooden one, to find her way. (Sword canes are also available to her but only in non-school places)
