What a wonderfully symbolic piece, it really does leave me curious about what each part means! It's fantastic how you've picked different elements to represent the different people in your life too - I remember doing something a little like this when I was younger but I just had 4 fairies, THIS is super creative and you can tell it's very personal too.

I'm going to go out on a limb, and take some guesses on symbolism.
First off... on the neck, I noticed what looks like a line of stitches all around the circumference of the neck. I'm going to say, that is reference to frailty of life. And how some things can be broken and must be mended to continue to hold together.
The teddy bear connected to the chest, to me seems to be reference to being a child at heart.
The holy branch is sometimes considered lucky, and many associate it with christmas.
However, since there is a crown attached, the meaning of the holly leaf representing the crown of thorns worn by Christ and the red berry symbolizing the blood of Christ, attached as it is to the chest, implies to me, that Christ and God are close to your heart.
The symbol on her arm, appears to maybe be a stag, which could represent the spirit of the forest.
The pink flowers on her shoulders, means to be natural beauty, compassion, and love.
The collar may just represent you connection to your pets. Or could represent that to a extent you/we are collared, and not truely free. tied to jobs, schools, family, habits, and even friends.
The heart of the left eye could mean, you are love struck, or looking for love. The reptile right eye, would indicate that you are to a extent also can be cold and calculating (by cold, I mean to examine without the cloud of emotion)
The feathers, one is brightly colored and one black, to make me think you might be given to flights of fantasy, both bright and dark in nature.
The pink rabbit charm with brass well, could mean you are whimscicle at times.
A small cross charm hangs from her right ear, a sign of christianity.
The red spade on her ear, the spade is often considered a symbol of good luck. and red is often considered to refer to love. So good luck in love.
The draping of the white silk with the yelllow symbols. White means is often considered to mean pure. and yellow can mean mind or intellect. So pure of mind. Especially appropriate, attached to the ear as it is.

A lot of the symbols on here are more representative of people actually
