My first attempt at this pokemon, I tried for a more official look here, with the exception of the eyes ^_^
Forgive the squiggly lines on this one, it was 3 AM by then I finished this and I did not want to submit this one at that time in order to space out my submissions, just a little bit, and besides most people here are asleep by then =P
The usual Photoshop work, and really that shinx is being it's cute self here, nothing more ^_^

That Shinxs is uber cute!! (I don't know very well if that expression is used correctly though)
The highlights are somewhat weird in my opinion, the shadows are very good.
The background is really impressive.
