She is another trak that has been reborn as a female Eevee and is Mathew's Sister. (A renamed harold)
She comes from a dimension where the males are 1/30th of their normal pokemon species height. And the males become servents when they are 10. And if they have a sister, they become the servent of their sister rather than a random person or parents.
