More Christmas art! This is for my best friend and long-time writing and drawing buddy, 
Mongooseink, and it features two characters we started writing together over a decade ago - Titus Erudiclus the fox (mine), and Trebban Sayer the hare (his). Normally they inhabit medieval Europe, but in honor of his new collection of vintage Lee Enfield rifles, I decided to update them to World War I. Finding reference images for this one was a whole lot of fun!

Dude, this totally blew me away when I opened it! So awesome to see our two oldest characters in a setting I don't think I ever imagined for them! I love the expressions, the posing, how you've framed them with the trench wall and sandbags, really everything about this piece! And I've got to say, your marker blending is really incredible! I love this piece, and it will live proudly on my desk. =) Thank you very much!
