Thaz found himself a victim, that is now forced to smell his warm footpaw that is freshly coming out of his damp, old sneaker. Who knows how long that footwear has been worn barefoot before.

First time involving footwear, hope you approve. :P Fooling around with cel shading styles here. I tried to make the sneaker look worn out which was a bit of a challenge though. That kind of shading gives some interesting effects.

Wow! Look at the tendons and bone detail on the top of that foot, nice - looks like a very muscular footpaw. I like the proportions of this paw a lot - it's wider and has more bulk to it, which really suits the three-toed plantigrade style foot. As for the scent... well, that would be a beautifully "aged" scent. Little Rex has no idea how lucky he is. :3 Heh - I like too the inclusion of the face frame in that - nice sorta smug expression that seems to imply this isn't stopping any time soon.
Overboard in detail? Bah... no such thing - footpaws deserve detailed attention. ^_^ And of course - a proper foot scent is a great and careful endeavour afterall; start clean, then subject to the right environment, diet, day full of hot activities and work... it's a lot like a fine, aged wine. I'm sure the little guy agrees. If not, maybe it's just inexperience oh hist part! Better change it up with different footwear, activities, meals and such - give him a nice variance to appreciated through the course of the week. :3
I absolutely love the idea and the position of the micro pressed firmly underfoot with his head between Thaz’s toes. You did a wonderful job on the detail and look of his sneaker, the sense of lighting/shading on Thaz’s foot and leg, and the pleased expression for having the micro pinned underfoot. Awesome idea and very well done portrayed such! <3
