Actually, low blood pressure (also create low blood flow) makes you extremely hot because there is a lack of flow to your skin, making you feel hot...but your extremities, arms and legs, become cold easily.
I can see where you are coming from and is a good idea. I know about this stuff because I do have low blood pressure and improper blood flow.
