I've always admired how you can take such a seemingly pathetic medium and make such lovely sketches out of it.

I dunno' what it is for me, but like *_* you see people going out and buying packs of those $100 prismacolor markers/pencils and then they make these cool ass pics. The way I figure it, if I wanna' buy some of those.. I don't want to ruin them and flush all that $$ down the toilet, so I wanna try and get good with the cheapos XD heehee 8is really just a cheapass @ heart* kyahaha <3

This page immediately brought Bosch to mind. I think it's the shading style. Or maybe it's the critters. Anyways, it is a nice bit of work.
