YOU'RE MY NEW FAVORITE!

I have been taking private classical piano lessons for some time now and I absolutely love playing Chopin! He's my personal favorite of all the classics - yes, better than Beethoven, Debussy, Bach, you name it. I love his Nocturnes so much! I actually started to learn his Nocturne in F Minor, but my teacher decided to do "The Snow Is Dancing" from the Children's Corner by Debussy. The reason she opted out against the F Minor Nocturne is because I had just done his Nocturne in B Flat Minor - probably my personal favorite piece of his. I've been thinking about uploading it for some time now. Maybe I will after listening to this. Your rendition is great! Really nice job! You definitely earned a "Watch" and a favorite! :)

wow, thank you very much. A lot of my piano compositions is inspired by the great romantics for their virtuoso playing but there is always something magical about playing a piece by the masters themselves.

Of course man! I also enjoy composing, although I do just solo piano, but maybe one day I'll do full orchestrations.
But, I saw your Bancamp link. Those compositions are your own, correct? They sound wonderful. I'll buy them when I get the money - I've just spent so much lately because of the holidays and such.

they are my own, i tend not to use bandcamp too much...or upload my better music, but i may well start doing so

Well they sound great! I'll look into purchasing them once the holidays have eased up. :) As for me, I personally love Bandcamp; I think it's a great and very useful website for independent musicians.

it ok if you are able to advertise and are quite well known, otherwise your stuff tends to languish there...it would be very kind of you to buy the albums as it helps me fund time away from work to write music, which is becoming much harder to do as my hearing is starting to fail

Well I've gotten downloads from just being featured on the "Selling Now" section (which literally the most recent thing purchased on Bandcamp will be put in), so the site has been good to me. And oh my gosh! I'm so sorry about your hearing issues. Do you know why it's happening?
