I'm going to sound horribly picky with this list, but I assure you it's not my intention:
Ikaris is missing his crescent moon. Since it's not in the original drawing, I can't expect you to have known about it.
Ikaris' ear stripes are colored in rather than being white
Ikaris' eyes should be more of a reddish color
