(I guess lifesize is debatable for a fairy, I simply assumed a height of 160cm for her.)
This is a concept for an inflatable figurine of Cirno (AKA (9) Baka) from the Touhou Project universe. A loop on the top of the head allows hanging her from the ceiling so she can hover above you.
Structure-wise it's one chamber for the entire body, one chamber for each of the two wings and one chamber for the ring at the base of the skirt (which is just there to give the skirt width).
The Touhou Project is owned by ZUN but as I understand it everybody (except big publishers) is allowed to make merchandise and games in it.
So who'd be interested in one if these were to be manufactured for real?
