This is one of Forbic's characters, his crocodile (alligator?) secretary. He does things like keeping notes and tabs on Forbic. Which also include eating Forbic. Because he likes to think he is also Forbic's office. Stomachs don't make good offices though. But that doesn't stop him. Or Forbic.

Forbic appears to be too busy to interview you, but the secretary can probably make room in his busy schedule for you.
