It looked really cool in my head and then when I tried to do it it was really hard

I've been having a Dishonored binge and I wanted to make some fanart so I drew the Outsider because I love him and he says a couple of my favorite lines from the game

I got the Mark of the Outsider image from Google and edited it a bit to look all glowy and stuff
