This is Spook. His unicorn magic allows him to not only see what a pony is most afraid of, but also allows him to bring it to artificial life! Of course, it's all in good fun. Knowing what it's like to be bullied, he is careful to not cross any personal lines.

Spook was one of the first to move in with Chatterboxx and Mince Mane. He'd recently moved from Manehattan and had his eye on the house that the pair ended up buying. He'd planned on trying to convince them that the house was haunted, but Chatterboxx didn't fall for it. Still, Chatter didn't like the idea of letting somepony go homeless and allowed him to stay in the house as well. (Later, they all live in a house that actually IS haunted, but that's a story for another day)
