One more in time for New Years ^-^
A sweet little Flash from which I've been inspired by one of the pikachu specials where the pokemon are sleeping at the end - I believe Eevee & Friends was the title. Anyways, PLEASE don't ask me the name of the song - I don't know who the original artist is but I'll gladly give him/her credit as it was SO fitting.
As for art this year, I apologize for my art not improving much this year. A lot of juggling priorities in life are slowing me down quality-wise. Next year I'd like to go back and focus on quality and variety. At least this animation should make up for the cute factor I hope and a closer to an otherwise okay artistic year. Otherwise 2013 was good to me ^^

This is an amazing animation. The music, as you said, is VERY fitting for all the frames of "Sweet Dreams" we see going on all the way until our young friend from the beginning finally falls to sleep. Nice effect in the final, pull back, too. It really adds to the "Drifting off to sleep" feeling.
I could see someone using something like this to help a little one go to sleep. One could so easily rock a baby off into slumber land while having this music play as frames of Pokemon sleeping only add to the sensation of being restful.
This was a fun watch for sure. I'll certainly look forward to seeing others as you get to them in the New Year.
As for your art, I think you did rather well this year. If anything, I am still all for a "Pichu Boy and Sparks" book based on how you drew chu'rific scenes for almost every season and holiday this year. I bet it was kind of nice to kind of have a whole "A Year in the Life of..." series that just happened. You certainly have a touch for children's book art.
