Jasmine feels she’s hit the jackpot. Korver just might be the wolf of her dreams, intelligent, funny, and compassionate he’s the full package, even her parents love him. Korver however isn’t telling her everything and is especially evasive about his family. Rather than bring her along he attempts to sneak off to family outing for the holidays, but having none of it she forces him to take her along.
Korver fears that what she discovers about him will ruin everything and he that might lose either her or his family as a result.

My first reaction was, "Awwwwwwww..." but I'll post something more meaningful.
This is amazingly good. Partly because I wouldn't have known what kind of story it was at first if it wasn't for the theme it was posted under. You did a great job throwing out a lot of the macro/micro clichés, while using just enough of them in a logical way that there's a good reason for the secrecy.
Here's hoping you come back to these people, or at least this setting, in the future, I'd love to see more!

Thanks for the kind words, and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't thinking about it expanding on it future. Originally the story I plotted was about Koto and Lowry but realized that'd be really long and I already had enough on my plate. So I just bumped it ahead and focused on the after.
I really liked writing a lot of the characters here so other one shots down the line are certainly possible.

That was really really sweet! I really enjoyed the interaction between all the characters, as well as how interesting and unique you've made them even with only a relatively brief introduction to most of them.
I'd definetly like to see you come back to this universe at some point as well! Koto and Lowry's relationship as well as how that city came to be seem like they'd be really interesting, if not fairly lengthy, tales.

Ohhhhhhhh so this was the story that was making Incongrueny's computer sad during your stream last week. Turned out really well! Said as much on M.com already, but this was a delightful and pleasant read and really enjoyed the humor laced throughout. Ack and since when did my older stuffs inspire people.
Haha, awww! That was a super sweet story! The characters all were really loveable and fun to read. I really liked those twins! It left me with a feeling of happy fluffiness and curiosity to see more of this world, which is a great thing! Great work in any case, I really enjoyed it! :D
