Pushing Daisies is a pegasus pony born in Cloudsdale, and cousin to Opal Sky. Unlike her cousin when she passed flight school she immediately left Cloudsdale instead of being assigned a job. She spent most of her time traveling Equestria and just trying to figure out what she wanted to do, until she came across her one true love. Stunt flying.

Pushing Daisies has a propensity for stunts that would make even the Wonder Bolts question their life choices. The more dangerous the better, which is how she earned her cutie mark: flying like she should have ended up six feet under. However, her reckless nature means that no professional flying team will sign her, which means she doesn't have a very efficient way of making ends meet. She moved to Ponyville as it was a very out of the way place where she could practice and try to learn a bit of self control, but unfortunately her competition with other local pegasi have blown that goal out of the water.

She makes her money crop dusting for several of the Earth Pony farms, but every few years she may end up face first in the fields rather than dusting them properly.
