I'm doing something a bit different... I always had the idea that Ardy had more more of a snout like an aardvark but have always found it difficult to find a look I wanted for a couple reasons. First.. I really wasn't sure how cute it would look..not so much in drawing like this one but in some of the cuter style drawings... so I am still working through that. Second, and this was the one that I still can't get away from, I didn't want it to look too much like I completely ripped off Dave Sim. I hope it doesn't look like that.. he is without a doubt a HUGE influence in my work.. but I never want it to look like a ripoff. So here I present to you for the first time.. the aardfox in all his glory. Please let me know what you think.
