Dear god this one took me a hell of a long time to complete, though partially it was due to waiting for various after-market items to arrive in the post so that I could convert this from a Mark 5 to a Mark 3.

Historical note: the Centurion was the main battle tank of the British Army in the post-war period. Initially developed during the latter stages of WWII in response to German heavy tanks such as the Panther and Tiger, it arrived too late to see any combat. It did, however, prove to be an extremely effective design and equipped many armies around the world.

This model represents a Centurion Mrk 3 of the 8th Kings Royal Irish Hussars in Korea.
