Nice! I like the detail you put into the canoes and dock. Feels like the backgroun trees could've used a little more detail though--on first glance it's not noticeable, but when looking a little deeper, the trees sort of...blur out, particularly the ones just a little up and left of the center.

Also, I didn't notice it at first, but it's kind of odd that the sky is so...blank-white. Especially since the water seems to be reflecting a little patch of blue sky.

Still--great job! Way better than anything I could scrawl on a canvas!

Personally I think the overall composition revolve around the middle and the bottom right, as the direction of the canoe, leaves, reflections are pointing, like an oval. I'll see what I can do next time, I'll take your precious advice!! /^w^/

This is beautiful! Although the execution style is sketchy, the colors are so perfectly balanced that I figured it was a photograph from the thumbnail, and thought it might still be one after clicking, before I zoomed in.
