If your reference is text based only it will be considered character design artwork. I will create a profile of your character until it meets your approval. Then I will do its formal illustration (the artwork based on my price guide). Character designing is rated for $20 an hour, this work includes any literature you require me to read plus concept sketches that I will compile to send for your approval. Price depends upon complexity of the design and how much you require me to read. When I start on the characters formal illustration, the first WIP is gratis. Every WIP after will be rated for an hours work UNTIL the ink phase. Once I start inking, there can be no more revisions.
