I've been spending the day making two of these things. Thats right: TWO!
Coke can for scale
Here we are from top Right to left:
The layers are all about the same: Noodle, Sauce, Beef/Sausage mix.
A full bag of Mozzerilla, Provolone, and Roccatta.
There are 4 of those layers, and some where in the middle I toss in my secret ingredient. :P
Toss it into the oven... Then realize that it MAY not fit. LOL
3 hours later!!
Yep! You have this giant 40 pounder of awesomeness!! Hehehe
I made my own sauce out of three #10 cans, and such. about maybe... 10 pounds of beef, 3 pounds of ground Italian sausage, Definitely 20 pounds of cheese, and so much noodles, plus the extras.
