'Final Mix', despite the Kingdom Hearts reference, does not mean anything special, other than there is a later day that celebrates the same event, whatever reason there is.

My own understanding is that, given that these days are supposed to be for fun, celebrating the day can be done a little late. (I had a lot of stuff to do today, hence why this is late.)

Okidoki. hehe. So about the dates without a date, you got those as suggestions and there was nobody yet who decided on which day what event is? Well, I know someone who understands Japanese:

Also, I see there are some celebrations that seem a bit very specific, for example 'Female Guilmon Day'. Shouldn't there be instead be a day for 'Female Characters' or one for 'Guilmon' or 'Digimon' in first place? =o

Actually, the 'To Be Determined' list simply says that someone (semi-)casually proposed a day without actually specifying a date. In your case,

Oh, well. It's nothing official anyways except that somehow really a lot of the admin staff people even did the Fat bunny week thing that I still feel unsure about not because of the subject but how they decide when there is one. I think there have been like several ones at different times in the year . They definitely didn't do them twice the same time. =3
