Officer Henderson sighed as she checked her watch. She'd been standing on the roof of the New Dawn Police Department for almost twenty minutes now, waiting for Vesara to show up. It wasn't unusual for her to take some time getting to the Department, as far as she knew Vesara didn't have any special powers so she couldn't just fly there. Glancing down at the one-way communicator that the vixen had given her she saw it was still pulsing. Clutching the file she had for the heroine, she checked her watch again only to see the blinking light on the communicator had shut off. Frowning, she held the small device closer to her face to see if...

"Hello Sherry."

"Yipe!" Sherry let out a yelp as the sudden voice startled her, nearly scattering the contents of the folder she was holding. Breathing heavily and clutching her chest, Sherry took a moment to compose herself before turning around, "Damnit Vesara! You get me every time."

Giggling, Vesara smiled at the vixen cop, "I'll take that as a compliment. Would have been her sooner but had to stop a car-jacking on the way over. What've you got for me?"

"Toxicology report on those two thugs you discovered a couple weeks ago," Sherry stated as she handed Vesara the folder. "Can thank our Lead Analyst for this, processed the data pretty quickly. Compound indicates..."

"...that it's from the same distributor Larune is using," Vesara finished as she closed the file. "Thanks Sherry. Had a feeling they were connected. Tell the Chief to keep an eye on the warehouse over on Pine and Ecker, pretty sure that's where they're keeping their stash." Setting the folder aside for the moment, Vesara looked back at Sherry, "So, how've you been lately?"

After rescuing her from Sharpfury in their first encounter, Officer Henderson and Vesara developed a close friendship. The mutual aid they provide each other leaves criminals no safe place to hide. Sherry is becoming quite the detective, and if you think you'll be able to hide from her long arm of the law, then you're probably going to have a costumed vixen quickly clearing up that misconception for you.
