Bio: Tie-cat was once an inside spoof, but is now an official canon to the story. After the death of his Human Self for some obscure purpose he was reincarnated into a cat to watch over Riley Krafte. Despite his cat like appearance he still has a craving for Tea and Biscuits.
The little bugger really needed a reference in future for when I have images commissioned of him. Also reworked his Bullseye marking.
