I'm guessing a canister of Pure Oxygen X3 It can give you such a high with no bad effects since...Well...it's just Oxygen :3 Only difference between it and the oxygen in the air around us is that all the CO2 and such in the earth's atmosphere have been removed to leave only Oxygen particles :3
It's pure oxygen yes, but a tri-atomic form for an extra 'kick.' Put together in the upper atmosphere where cosmic radiation (the sun) hasn't been too attenuated by the atmosphere, but low enough where oxygen is still present. I highly recommend it.
Don't forget about removing nitrogen..that is 70% of the atmosphere you know. ;)
